I enjoy working to help you find better balance in your life, create healthy boundaries, navigate relationships, overcome struggles, remove some toxic behaviors or leave a bad relationship. I work with people who struggle with their confidence and might need help navigating how to better organize their life or create achievable goals. 

I really love seeing you achieve your goals and get the outcomes that you deserve for yourself. I hope you leave a therapy appointment feeling relief. Even if it was a hard appointment, there should still be some sense of hope for the future. I hope that I can be that therapist that can get you there.

Going therapy to work on yourself or any reason is hard, reaching out is hard, just making a google search or inquiry is hard.
